Absolutely, massage is safe during pregnancy , unless contra indicated by your OB. Massage during pregnancy can alleviate hip discomfort , as well as neck, low back and general back pain caused by pregnancy. During the first 2 trimesters, monthly massages are recommended, when getting in to your 3rd trimester you may feel the need to come more frequently as you get bigger, the discomfort might become less tolerable.
